Before making your reservation at The Hideaway Ranch and Refuge, please take a moment to review our policies. They’re designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest. Understanding our guidelines helps everyone get the most out of their time here.

Cancellation Policies

All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. All cancellations are subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the equivalent of one night's fee. Group cancellations involving more than 2 cabins will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Reservation Requirements

A valid credit card is required for all reservations. A 2-night minimum stay is required on peak-season weekends. A 3-night minimum stay is required on holiday weekends.


Hot Tub, Sauna, and Pool

Use at your own risk. Hot tubs are sanitized with chlorine—do not use if you are sensitive to chlorine. Hot tubs must remain between 100 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit per health code. Do not use hot tubs if pregnant, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if you have any medical conditions. Children must be supervised in the pool, hot tubs, and recreation room. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, closing at dusk.


Fire Safety

No candles, open flames, or fireworks are allowed in or around the cabins. Grilling is not allowed during burn bans or high wind days. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.


Smoking Policy

We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any cabin. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking rules are violated.


Pet Policy

Maximum 2 dogs per cabin, each under 50 lbs. Dogs are not allowed in the Bunkhouse or on furniture. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. A $40 pet fee applies. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone, and kept on a leash when outside. Guests must pick up pet waste and are responsible for any damage caused by pets.


Checkout and Fees

Checkout time must be honored. A fee of $20 per half hour will be charged for late checkouts. A $100 lost key fee will be charged if a key is not returned, as locks must be changed. A $15 fee plus postage will be charged to return items left in the cabin.
