Entering into a new decade, we’re excited to announce that we’re bringing back Saturday Night Chuckwagon Suppers! Each week will feature a different menu of delicious cuisine that you may find on a cattle drive, or at a fine restaurant in an 1880's frontier town. We will be featuring the classic steak, buffalo, quail, trout, elk, duck, and anything else we round up. When the weather permits, all of the dishes will be prepared outside.

Everything is made over a mesquite fire or in a cast iron "Dutch oven", Most of our meals will feature a little bit of the southwest, so come ready for a little spice! Our goal is to create an experience, not just a great meal,and to offer some delicious, authentic, grub with a little dallup of hospitality on the side.
